CARE
Embroidered hats can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it’s needed. If necessary, they can be hand-washed in cold water. Do not use brushes.

DAMAGES | DEFECTS
Since this product ships directly from the warehouse, I have no way of knowing if a product gets damaged or is defective. If you receive a shirt that is not satisfactory, please email southernpinedesignco@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damage and I will make sure that any damaged or defective product gets replaced. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.
