Customer Service is our priority! We want you to love everything you purchase but due to hygienic issues, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, please email email@example.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.
If the item is unused and in new condition, we will work with you on an exchange or replacement. If the item is damaged, please send pictures and a description of the damage and we will see what can be replaced. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged once received. Please take care opening your package so that you do not cut any cording or damage the silicone.
We strive to use the best materials we can find. That being said, all items are handmade and due to volume, a defective piece might slip through the cracks occasionally. If this happens, we stand behind our products 100%. We must be contacted regarding a defective item within 14 days of receipt in order to replace or repair the item. Please send pictures and a description of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org.
