If you receive a product that is not satisfactory, please email southernpinedesignco@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damage and I will make sure that any damaged or defective product gets replaced. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.
TURN AROUND TIME
Fulfillment from the warehouse is 2-7 business days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping.
